Gökhan Uğur BAĞCI has graduated from Marmara University Law School in 2004. After accomplishing  traineeship of 1 year, started to lawyership in a local firm. He is also a trademark attorney which is granting authorization to make transaction before the Turkish Patent Institute on behalf of clients since 2005.

He is attending his LLm. Program with thesis topic of "Criminilazation of Cartels"  in İstanbul Bilgi University. He has also worked in USA for a local firm for 5 months

He has several published articles about Intellectual Property Law and he was a columnist in a Turkish Journal about IP Law.

Mr. BAĞCI was a senior associate at Luther Karasek Köksal (LKK) since January 2007. After his long practise in LKK he was quited and formed BY Law Office

He has great experiences in international transactions and also local litigation procedures.

For now, he is managing partner of BY Law Office and using all energy for its clients.

Additionaly, she is a member of Health Commission of İstanbul Bar Association and also she is a vice president of commission since 2008. Furthermore she is a board member of Medical Law Association.
